Review by hotel critic
During our recent gourmet getaway at Grand Hotel Arenzano, my husband and I were delighted to explore the culinary delights offered on-site. We were especially impressed by the Gourmet restaurant, which specializes in regional and classic Italian dishes. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. One evening, we decided to indulge in a dinner at the hotel's sophisticated dining hall, La Cambusa. As we perused the menu, we were thrilled to discover a range of exquisite options that showcased the best of Italian cuisine. I opted for a traditional seafood pasta dish, while my husband savored a succulent grilled steak. The flavors were impeccably balanced, and each bite was a true homage to Italy's rich culinary heritage. To complement our meal, we ventured to the Marajà Lounge bar on the terrace, where we enjoyed expertly crafted cocktails as we soaked in the stunning sea views. The attention to detail in both the drinks and the presentation was truly commendable. In the mornings, we indulged in the breakfast buffet at La Veranda, which featured a delightful array of local breads, cheeses, and other delectable options. The experience was a perfect start to our days, fueling us for the adventures that lay ahead. From the talented chefs to the attentive service, every aspect of our culinary journey was a testament to the hotel's commitment to excellence. We left feeling satisfied and grateful for the opportunity to savor such exquisite fare in such a picturesque setting.
